Dr. Fanburg has practiced adolescent medicine in Maine for over 20 years and is now the Director of Adolescent and Young Adult Medicine at Maine Medical Center. He trained at Vanderbilt Medical School, Denver Children’s Hospital (residency), and Children’s National Medical Center (fellowship).
Ages and Genders: 10-26 years, females or males, all gender identities and orientations.
Delivery: team based coordinated care. Work with nutritionists and counselors in the community. Can see patients from across Maine or via telehealth when coordinated with local primary care.
Presentation: Anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder.
Therapeutic Approaches: Medical management for all patients with ED.

As a board-certified Addiction Psychiatrist, Dr. Fellers serves as the Medical Director at Crossroads, an Addiction and Eating Disorder Treatment Center. He works with clients, their families, and the health care system to promote high-quality evidence-based screening, assessment, and treatment for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. Dr. Fellers graduated Cornell Medical College in 2002 and completed his Psychiatry Residency at The University of Virginia. He then completed his Addiction Psychiatry fellowship at Oregon Health and Science University School of Medicine.

Delivery: Outpatient psychiatric assessments and medication management, Residential Eating Disorder Treatment and Intensive Outpatient Program.

Dr. Libby is an adolescent medicine physician who has roughly 5 years of experience of treating all forms of eating disorders, attended fellowship at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and trained under Rebecka Peebles, MD.
Ages and Genders: Children, Adolescents, females or males, all gender identities and orientations.
Delivery: work with a team to provide multidisciplinary care for patients with eating disorders. I attempt to work with an RD and an LCSW in the community. I am open to see patients from across the state via telehealth with vitals obtained with local primary care physician.
Presentation: I care for patients with all forms of ED/malnutrition.
Therapeutic Approaches: Family based treatment for those under the age of 18 or living at home. Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) for those who are above 18 or don’t live at home. Medical management for all patients with ED.
