Kathryn Best LCSW
Licensed clinical social worker with specialized training in eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image.
Kathryn Best, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a special interest and training in eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image.
Kathryn earned her Master’s degree from the University of New England and has worked primarily with transition-aged youth between the ages of 15 and 26.
Most recently, she worked at South Portland Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine as part of the clinic’s multidisciplinary eating disorder program.
Kathryn currently serves as a Staff Counselor at Colby College, where she provides individual counseling, facilitates groups, and develops special programming to support student well-being.
