Help strengthen eating disorder education, advocacy, and connection across Maine
Membership in the Eating Disorders Association of Maine supports our work to increase awareness, improve access to trusted resources, connect professionals and community members, and advocate for people affected by eating disorders.
EDAM brings together treatment providers, organizations, educators, students, advocates, families, and community members who share a commitment to compassionate, informed, and weight-inclusive eating disorder support.
Memberships are renewed annually. Choose the level that best fits you or your organization.

How long does membership last?
EDAM memberships are renewed annually. Keep the email address used at checkout current so you receive renewal and member communications.
Do I need to be a treatment provider?
No. Community and student memberships are available for people who want to support EDAM or stay connected without being licensed eating disorder professionals.
Does every membership include a directory listing?
Professional listings are associated with eligible Professional and Organizational Memberships. Community and Student Memberships do not include professional provider listings.
Can an organization list multiple locations?
Contact EDAM before purchasing when an organization has multiple programs, facilities, locations, or listings so the appropriate membership and directory setup can be confirmed.
Are training discounts guaranteed for every event?
Discounts apply to qualifying EDAM-offered trainings when a member rate is available. Details may vary by event.
How do I access the Facebook Group?
Active members can request access using the instructions on the member Facebook Group page. Membership will be verified before approval.
