Laura Sproch PhD

Laura Sproch, PhD, is a clinical psychologist and the owner of Vibrant Psychology, a teletherapy outpatient practice specializing in the treatment of eating disorders.
Dr. Sproch is committed to evidence-based eating disorder care, a focus that has guided her clinical, supervisory, educational, research, administrative, and community outreach work. Her treatment approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, behavioral therapy, Family-Based Treatment, and Interpersonal Psychotherapy.
Before opening Vibrant Psychology, Dr. Sproch served as the Program Director of the New England Eating Disorders Program at Sweetser, a comprehensive eating disorder treatment program in southern Maine.
Prior to her work in Maine, she was the research coordinator at the Center for Eating Disorders at Sheppard Pratt in Baltimore, Maryland. She also completed clinical training at Friends Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and the ‘Ai Pono Eating Disorder Program in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Dr. Sproch earned her doctorate in Clinical and School Psychology from Hofstra University and completed her undergraduate degree at Vassar College.
