Lindsay Susi MSW, LCSW

Licensed clinical social worker supporting adolescents and adults with eating disorders.

Lindsay Susi, MSW, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and outpatient therapist with New Roots Healing Center in Freeport, Maine, where she works with adolescents and adults experiencing eating disorders.

Previously, Lindsay served as the Clinical Director of the New England Eating Disorders Program at Sweetser, a comprehensive eating disorder treatment program in southern Maine. She began her work with the program as an intern in 2013 and joined the team as a full-time clinician in 2016.

Lindsay’s clinical experience includes using evidence-based practices to address disordered eating patterns, behavioral and motivational challenges, communication concerns, and interpersonal relationship difficulties through individual, group, and family therapy.

Her treatment approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, interpersonal and solution-focused therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based techniques.

Lindsay is passionate about helping people explore and reshape their relationships with food and body. She has extensive experience supporting adolescents, adults, families, and other members of a person’s support system in clinical settings.
