Approach to Care
Medical management for all patients with eating disorders. Family-Based Treatment may be used for clients under age 18 or those living at home. Dialectical Behavior Therapy may be used for clients over age 18 or those who do not live at home. Care is team-based and may include collaboration with registered dietitians and licensed clinical social workers in the community.
Training and Experience
Adolescent medicine physician with roughly five years of experience treating all forms of eating disorders. Dr. Libby completed fellowship training at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and trained under Rebecka Peebles, MD.
