Corey Walsh is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with approximately 30 years of experience supporting individuals with eating disorders and disordered eating. With a background in inpatient eating disorder treatment and more than 20 years of outpatient nutrition counseling experience, Corey brings extensive clinical knowledge and a compassionate, individualized approach to care.
Corey views their work as a bridge between nutrition and emotions, helping individuals explore their relationships with food, move away from restrictive patterns, and experience greater freedom in their everyday lives. In addition to traditional nutrition counseling, Corey offers experiential support, including restaurant outings and grocery shopping experiences, to help clients build confidence and flexibility around food.
Corey offers both in-person services in the Portland, Maine area and telehealth.
