Ashley Sites, LCSW
Telehealth
Ashley Sites, LCSW provides individual outpatient therapy for adult women experiencing binge eating, emotional eating, disordered eating, chronic dieting, and body image concerns. She has specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E) and is particularly interested in helping clients understand and break the cycle of binge eating without shame, restrictive dieting, or a focus on weight loss.
Ashley’s clinical background includes working in an integrated medical setting with patients preparing for and recovering from weight-loss surgery. This experience has given her a deeper understanding of the complex relationships between eating behaviors, body image, weight stigma, and medical care.
