Kelsey A. Varzeas, PhD, LMHC, CMPC (she/her/hers) provides individual psychotherapy, family-based treatment, and parent/guardian coaching for clients navigating eating disorders ages 16 and older. She has specialized training in providing services for individuals who identify as athletes in addition to those experiencing excessive exercise/exercise dependence, body image dissatisfaction, anxiety, depression, psychological ramifications of Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (REDs), and general life stressors. Clients will find Dr. Varzeas to be a warm and compassionate psychotherapist offering guidance to explore topics related to their unique social, cultural, emotional, and psychological experiences.
